Dr. Justin M. Kollman joins HTI as
Chair of Science and Technology Advisory Board

PORTLAND, Oregon, September 8, 2020 -- Health Technology Innovations, Inc. (HTI) today announced that Dr. Justin M. Kollman, Associate Professor, Department of Biochemistry at the University of Washington, is joining HTI to Chair it's Science and Technology Advisory Board.
Dr. Kollman holds a PhD in Biology from the University of California San Diego and completed a Postdoc in Biochemistry and Biophysics at the University of California San Francisco. Professor Kollman is currently a Director at the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Cryo-EM center at the University of Washington where his lab focuses on the structural biology of complex self-assembling protein structures, including metabolic enzyme polymers and force-generating bacterial nanomachines.
Dr. Kollman has made numerous contributions to the field of X-Ray Crystallography and Cryo-EM and has held many positions on national committees such as the Advisory Board of the Centre for Cellular Evolution at McGill University, User Review committee at the Pacific Northwest Center for Cryo-EM, User Review Committee at the National Center for CryoEM Access and Training, and Instructor of CryoEM at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratories. HTI is thrilled to have someone of Dr. Kollman's stature guiding its efforts to develop cryo-EM solutions and services using artificial intelligence and machine learning for the benefit of structural biology research and drug discovery.
